The re-trial of ITakara To Kuhn, for the murder of Richard Elliott at Ongaroto on Faster Sunday, commenced at the Supremo Court this morning before Justice Stringer. The court was crowded. Tho prisoner was calm and his appearance did not betoken a severe mental strain. During incarceration he has put out a good deal of weight. At tho first trial the jury disagreed.
