(Received This Day at 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, June 20. * Discussions *at Boulogne are expected in July to include a proposal to cancel sanctions imposed at London last March for the occupation of Dusseldorfs, Duisburg, Ruhrort and the Customs Cordon on the Rhine. It is reported Lord Curzon asked for immediate suppressions of the sanctions, to ' which M. Briand replied: “This won’t pay us yet.”
