GLEESON DEFEATS MURRAY. WELLINGTON, June 14. The Gleefc-On-M array fight at Wellington last night resulted in a victory on points, for Glceson. Murray excited the warmest approbation for his gameness. Mr Alan Maxwell officiated as referee.
DEMPSEY STOPS TRAINING
A SERIOUS AILMENT. NEW YORK, June 14. Mr Kearns has announced that Jack Dempsey has temporarily discontinued training. IBs camp is closed to the public. It is believed he has eye trouble, and that is more serious than is admitted.
