tUSTRAUAN AND N.Z.‘CABLE ASSOCIATION FULFILLING THE ULTIMATUM. BERLIN. May 21. Definite measures for the execution of the Allied ultimatum by Germany are officially announced. They comprise the indemnification of exporters for the levy imposed by the Entente on Germany’s exports of 50 per cent. The Government have also begun the restitution of the railway material seized in Allied countries during the war. The first instalment of 5000 waggons is being delivered. FRENCH DEBATE ADJOURNED. PARIS, May 21. The French Chamber’s debate on the question of the reparations has been adjourned till Tuesday. M. Briand did not speak.
