The senior and junior competitions will lie continued on Saturday afternoon. The fixtures are as follows: Seniors at 3 p.m.—Excelsiors v. Ross at Hokitika; Kiwis v. Rinni atßinni; lvumara v. Kokatahi at Kokatalii; Diggers a bye. Juniors at 1.30 p.m.—Kiwis v. Kokatahi at Hokitika ; Excelsiors v. Rimu at Hi mu.
The position of tho senior championship now stands—Diggers 3) points, Kiwis 3, Kumara 2, Kokatahi l,j, Ross l, Excelsiors i point. Saturday’s games should prove interesting. The home game of the Excelsiors should give them an opportunity of getting higher on the list, though this team is not giving the same exhibition it did last year. Kiwis travel to Rimu, and should have hard work to score a win, while the Kumara-Koka-'talii game should prove a very even one.
The Excelsior team for to-morrow against Ross on Cass Square consists of:—Aitken, Heenan, Graham, Thompson, Robinson, King, Fraser, R. Fraser Bethune, Chotwynd, Ross, Thomas, Wognn, McDonald, Wogan. The following will represent tho Pirate seniors in their match with Kiwis at Riinu on SaturdayO’Connor, H. "Wells (capt). Bernard, Afadgwick, Nancekivoll, Hagar (2), Willoughby (2) Boyd, Wells J., Griffiths Corsan, Hnekell, Soddon, Comport, Head.
The following will represent the Pirates juniors in their match with Excelsiors at Riinu on SaturdayAlcEnanev, Kidd, Rooney (2), How at (3) O’Connor (2), O’Neil, Afaloney T., Loach, Drury, W’clls 8., Stephens, Hackell, Inwood. The following will represent the Kiwis in their match with Riinu at Rinm tomorrow afternoon—Devaney, Kearns, Leslie, Freitas, Walker, Costello, Wilson, Ross, Duncraft, Moore, Stopfortli, Kortegast, Powley, Jones, Steel. Emergencies—Shannon, Howatson. A lorry will leave the Town Clock tomorrow at 2 o’clock sharp.
