Perry (Mr Sellers) hand-saw-ing and timber splitting warrant.—Adjourned to enable Warden to look into his power to grant application. G. E. Perry (Mr Sellers) a similai application, was also adjourned. ■Tas Donovan, certificate of protection of sawmill license, Okarito. Refused. Same, for license for tramway, Ukarito. —Adjourned. E. Kean (Mr Murdoch) license for claim, Greenstone, 4 acres. —Granted. W. M. Steele (Mr Wells), license for tramway, Kumara.— Adjourned.
