POLLARD’S PICTURES.

VAUDEVILLE AND PICTURES

Commencing on to-morrow Wednesday evening Pollard’s will present Hie AH Star Vaudeville Entertainers direct from Fullers in a. unique musical and vaudeville programme. The company consist of vocalists and instrumentalists of no mean order and will be supported by an hour’s screening of pictures, starting at 8 p.m. Pollards will screen the latest Vitagraph special feature, “When a Man ’Loves” starring Earle Williams in an alluring and romantic story of England and Japan. The vaudeville entertainers will commence J.eir programme at 9 p.m. the entertainment consisting of vocal items by Miss Eva Dale who has earned the title cf the girl with the golden voice. In r.trumentnl scenes by Louis Bloy, the greatest banjoist in Australia and the old Hokitka favourites Colin and John Campbell the two boys with the two smiles and two concertinas. VaudeviK will be represented by Edgar Bayon in his original act of magic, juggling and mystery, entitled “Vaudeville Review”. A change of programme will be given on Thursday evening Pollards also screening a new picture, “Man and Beast.” Prices on Wednesday and Thursday evenings will be Dress Ciele and Orchestral stalls 2/1; stalls 1/1. Seats can he reserved at Mclntosh’s.
