MELTING AT HONOLULU. The Press Congress of the World, will bold this year’s meeting at Honolulu, from October fill to 11th. Should any number of Congress visitors desire to extend the voyage to Japan and China, officials of the Congress will undertake the organisation of parties to make such further extensions. Visits by delegates from the Old World to the American continents likewise will he arranged. Mr Robert Bell is the New Zealand representative on the Executive Committee of the Congress.
