Von. Simons states there are huge German majorities in the industrial districts of Silesia. The Polish majorities are mainly confined to rural areas. The Poles also carred Rybn'k pless. Simons adds that giving the ditsricts which voted Polish to Poland, wouM make impossible a continuation of German industry, and the payment of indemnities.
