POLLARD’S PICTURES.
WEDNESDAY
On AA’ednesday Pollards ar 0 screening a AA’orld Film drama “Aliss Crusoe” starring the beautiful A’irginia Hammond. Tbo astounding adventures on a lonely island of a romantic girl longing for thrills, anil her maiden aunt, whose male attire was no indication of the quality of her courage. It’s a delightful romance, plentifully savoured with all the adventures that Dorothy craved, and the love clement simply has to creep in. Dorothy was too nice a girl not to he snapped up by a fine healthy young chap like Harold—even though she did take him for a burglar. Virginia Hammond is the very latest “AA’orld” Star, and she is “Some” girl. AA’ho wouldn’t like to spend a vacation on a lonely island with “Miss Crusoe” when she’s ns nice as A’irginia!
On Thursday Pollards’ star attraction will Do an all-British Hepworth production entitled "Dick Carson AA’ins Through.”
