The “Evening Rost’s” Peking correspondent reports that Chinese Government officials informed the Foreign Legations that an investigation of documents belonging to Russian officers arrested in Peking, proved that the Seim-off-Ungern party were developing plans to reconquer Siberia and later on Russia, from bases in Usuaria province and outer Mongolia. It is alleged that the documents also show the Russians were working with official Japanese knowledge, hut not with official Japanese co-operation.
