Well-off made the running along the back, and was displaced by Earlvborii, who led into the -straight attended by Mufti, who shook off a determined challenge by Accrington and won by half a length. LONDON, March 18. There was a record crowd at Ain|ree. The Royal party deceived a great ovation. The Prince of Wales visited the course' before seven in the morning and witnessed the gallops, inquiring the name's of National candidates and chatting with the jockeys He walked round the course. There were 18 runners and Rees rode the winner. The race was most dramaticj All fell on the first circuit except the winner and five others. < Pore, All White and Turkey Buzzard ( fell later, but finished the course. | i Brown, Bore’s rider broke his collar | hone.
