LONDON, February 24. The “Daily Sketch” says there are serious differences of opinion in Cabinet over the Irish question. Several of the Coalition Ministers strenuously object to th e policy of reprisals. Unless a new decision is taken quickly, a very serious split in the Cabinet is inevitable.
