LONDON, Fell. 12. 1 *>o,ooo hales of Government and free wool will he offered at the sales commencing on the 22nd inst. A subcommittee of the Wool Merchants Association has arranged that all the tree arrivals till the 11th be available, and recommended 1 an adherence to the valuations based on the closing prices in January. The Association considers the proposal on tho 15th inst.
