The “Observer” savs4 provided the wool textile industry and British public accept this latest proposal, it would pla’ce in the hands of a syndicate no inconsiderable proportion of the existing wool supplies. It would not he surprising to learn at an early date of an arrangement on similar lines regarding New Zealand’s old clip. In such circumstances the foundations of a complete wool corner capable of realizing Mr Hughes’ dream of dictating wool values to the world, would he come visible.
