LONDON, Dec. 22 The anti-Sinn Fein society has placarded County Kerry with the notice that unless three missing officers are released by the 27th, a lengthy list of marked individuals houseß will be blown up, adding that the military _were too lenient. The County is in a state of terror and many of the inhabitants are leaving the threatened towns’.
