DE VALERA ON MIS WAY. LONDON, December 20. It is announced in Irish circles that Mr E. dr Valera is aboard the Aquit»nia which is expected at Southampton to-day. It is, believed that he is disguised as. a stoker and is going to Paris to be ready for any conference which may be arranged* to settle the Irish trouble. LATEK.
