The trip to Rotorua for both teams and friends is being availed of by the American players anil party, with the exception of W. T. DAVIS CUP TRAINING. 4 AUCKLAND, Dec. 20. The Davis Cup teams have now commenced" solid training. The match court in the Pomain was used for the. first time to-day by Brookes and Patterson, who both wore enthusiastic regarding the condition of the court. jpjie rival team’s will use the court fairly often during the coining week.. Those players who went to Rotorua returned to-day after an enjoyable visit.
