CHILI CO-OPERATES. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) SANTIAGO, December 16. Tlie Foreign Ofiice has announced that Chili will co-operate with Argentine for the purpose of bringing about success to the proposals supported by the Argentine delegation in the anienament proposed at Geneva. The decision was reached following a Cabinet meeting and interpellations in the Senate.
