INDIAN ELECTIONS. (Received This Day at 11.30 a.m.) DELHI*' Dectemlfer 6. The elections for the new council’s are not yet complete. They show poor voting. Many prominent members of the late Legislative Council have been elected and new Legislative Assembly will contain a large percentage of moderates.
