' REDS CLAIM SUCCESS. Reuter’s Telegram* LONDON, Dec T. The Petrograd press announces Petloura’s Ukranian army has totally dispersed the captures including twelve thousand men, thirty five guns, three armoured trains. A' Bolshevik communique shows Bols.kovitch is in equally rough waters, having lost 120 officers and 4,500 men prisoners, as well as* much booty.

CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov 30.
A message from Tiflis states a second Turco-Armenian armistice has been concluded'. Peace negotiations will be opened at Alexandropol on the 25th at which the Bolshevik Commissioner will be present. The departure of the Government mission to Angora is indefinitely postponed.
