MONTENEGRO’S CLAIM
LONDON, Nov 28,
The Australian press representatives at Geneva states Argentina proposes to ask for admission to the League of countries whose sovereignity not recognised,- on condition that they, do not vote at the Assembly. There probably will be some delay before Montenegro is admitted, owing to the fact that Nicholl was deposed in 1918, and Montenegro threw ift her lot with the Jugo Slavs, coupled with the fact that political conditions there make it uncertain whether a majority are in favour of the old regime. The Proceedure Commission made great progress. The Council on Monday considered the general report on mandates.
