ARTICLES ARE SOLD UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:— 1. No warranty, either written or implied is given. 2. —Sales are for cash only. Cheques will not be accepted. Postal notes niust be made payable to “Public Account” and be crossed. 3. Orders received through the post will be delivered post-free. 4. — Goods sold over the counter will not he.packed, therefore intending purchasers should bring some form of packing-material or a bag. 5. —No goods will be taken back, exchanged, or sent on approval. 6. —Sales are only made on the understanding that the articles are for the use of the purchaser, and will not be sold to dealers or others for the purpose of re-sale. 7. —No quantity will be sold in excess of the maximum mentioned in catalogue, with the exception that applications by Philanthropic Societies for supplies for their institutions will be considered, and, if possible, their orders will be filled.
