■ Quebec's Paper Making. In 1901 there were in the Province of Quebeo 10 mills, representing a capital of one million dollars. According to the latest statistics, there are now 31 mills owned by companies whose capital is one hundred million dollars. At the present time, not counting the money spent on improvements, enlarging of mills, etc. not less than 15 million dollars are being spent on the erection of now factories connected with the paper making industry.
