SEBASTOPOL FALLS PARIS, Nov. 16. The Bolshevik? have taken Sebastopol, TRADE WITH RUSSIA, (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 16, The “Daily Herald” publishes the text of the Council of Action manifested anouncing the intention of reopening the fight with the Government, on the question of the resumption of Trade with Russia. The manifesto states we want peace. The “Times” indicates there will be an early resumption of Anglo-Russian trade, but the “Daily Mail” and “News” lobbyists declare a strong sectipn..of the Cabinet led by Lord Curzon, Hons Churchill, Chamberlain and Long oppose any resumption before the payment of the Russian national debt is fully guaranteed. REPATRIATED GERMANS.
(Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Nov. 10 Reports from Berlin state during the last half year 80,000 German prisoners were repatriated from Russia, via Baltic and 50,000 via Vladivostock, at a cost of 1,600 million marks. ' WRANGEL ESCAPES. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 15. General Wrangel escaped aboard *a Russian cruiser filled with soldiers. Three transports carrying 20,000 and a fourth filled with wounded, departed for an \mknown destination. Reds are reported to be fifteen miles fiom Theodosia, whence 10,000 troops were evacuated.
