' WRANGEL ESCAPES. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 15. General Wrangel escaped aboard *a Russian cruiser filled with soldiers. Three transports carrying 20,000 and a fourth filled with wounded, departed for an \mknown destination. Reds are reported to be fifteen miles fiom Theodosia, whence 10,000 troops were evacuated.
