POLISH AIMS. (United Service Telegrams). LONDON, Nov 7. The latest development of Polish ambitions is indicated by the visit of Pil. sudski to Ukraine,, where Pethura is endeavouring to form a durable Government with every change of success. The “Times” Warsaw correspondent says anti-Government organs are speculating on the details of Pilsudski’s and Petloura’s meeting and warns the Polish peoplo against a discontinuance of new adventures which are likely to alienate' the Allies.
Government organs furiously denounce the want of patriotism of such views. The correspondent adds that Poland is now plunged into political passions and intrigues. The national democrats are moving heaven and earth to overthrow the coalition and grab power.
A WIRELESS. PARIS, Nov. 7. A Moscow wireless states United States has rejected France’s proposal to join the blockade of Soviet Russia on the Black Sea coast. CZECHS NOT TRUSTED. WARSAW, Nov. 8. Poland has refused to join the Rumanians because she does not trust the Czechs.
WRANGEL RETREATING. COPENHAGEN, Nov. 5. Advices from Kovno state General Wrangel is now rapidly retreating into the Crimea with the Bolsheviks in hot pursuit.
