A message referred to as unofficial states that the Irish Conference, representing influential moderate opinion, which has been engaged at Dublin for three months past endeavouring to find a. peaceful solution acceptable to all parties, has advanced a further stage. The committee has completed its de and has now submitted proposals to the Premier with a request he receive from them a deputation.
They suggest the solution of the Irish question is Dominion Home Rule with certain defence limitations. They urge the convocation of an Irish Constituent Assembly to frame an Irish constitution on those lines.
They recommend that Ulster should have its own Assembly if it so desires and also a separate Parliament jf it is so decided.
