PARIS, Aug. 18. Startling figures in regard to the infantile moriSTity of France have just been published. Of every thousand children under the age of one year, 251 die at Rouen, 294 at Lille, 342 at Dunkirk, 414 at Mars-en-Bazoeuf, 507 at Halluin, 509 at St. Pol.
