The Chancellor, in the Reichstag, drew attention to the growth of French militarism, which lie stated, with the support of Belgium and Holland, was striving for predominance on the Continent. He strongly condemned the teaching of the Russian terrorists amid loud opposition from the Left. He warned Germans professing faith in the Moscow doctrines not to exceed the limits of the law. GERMAN NEWS. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 30. During the Reichstag debate, Herr Schiedemann declared the officers of the Reichawehr were doing their utmost to revive the militarism spirit. He also accused General von Skeet of concealing large depots of armß and ammunition instead of surrendering them in accordance with the Peace Treaty. A telegram from Munich reports the Bavarian Diet has appointed a committee to investigate the accusations that the police 'have established a secret organisation to murder people who are likely to betray the existence of secret depots of arms and ammunition. Some Deputies declared the police were already responsible for several murders.
