The “posted” telegrams will he received up to 4 p.in. daily and despatched at the close of the day’s business, when they will bo posted for delivery the following morning. The tariff will be a minimum charge of 1/6 for 36 words, and a charge of half-penny for each additional word. This charge is half the present charge for ordinary telegrams.
