The first party of Russians in Britain would leave on Oct. 27th. He hoped they would shortly be exchanged on the Polish frontier for about thirty Britishers including members of the Military Mission. Lenin, in a newspaper article, says the Republic had never before, faced such a serious crisis, owing to the scarcity of food. Moscow and other workers centres were absolutely starving. It was necessary to use force against peasants to obtain food. AH opposing the Republic must he sent to concentration camps and 1 punished.
