A Cossack division again attacked Enzoli and reached Hassanrud bridge close to the town, but suffered from fire from Bolshevik ships on the Caspian Sea. Advices from 'Bokhara state the Bolshevik advance is being opposed by Bokhara villagers, between Bokhara and Sanarkand. The railway and telegraph lines are cut. RESULT OF STRIKE. LONDON, Oct. 20. It is estimated one hundred thousand are already workless in other industries. The national Council of the Independent Labour Party urgently requested the Labour Party to convene a special conference of affiliated bodies, together with the trade congress and cooperative movement, as the Government attitude conveys an aggressive challenge to the whole working class movement.
