(Reuter’s Telegram.) ,A RADIO STATION, deceived This Day at 8 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 18;' It is announced that the Radio Corporation of America intends to construct the largest radio station ‘n the world in New York, having communication with Europe and South America. MR HARDING’S REPLY. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 18. Mr Harding replying to Mr Wilson said—“l am sure my words could not. be construed to mean that the French Government sent anyone to me. The thought I was trying to convey whs that there had come to me those who spoke th e sentiment which they represented to be very manifest among the French people, but nothing could sugfest the French Government having violator the proprieties of international, relations. I respectfully urge that the informal expression to me is rather more than to a private citizen. I hold a place as a member of the Foreign Relations Committee in the Senator which is charged with certain constitutional authority in' foreign relations and I am necessarily conscious I am a nominee for tb e Presidency.
