An “Exchange olograph’ ’ message from Berlin states w’hile both German and foreign buyers at Leipzig fair were very reserved, the recent Koinigsberg fair was unexpectedly successful. A 'Soviet representative ordered several millions worth of goods, and now independent Baltic States have placed large orders for agricultural! machinery. Scandinavians, Russian, Dutch- and French also placed orders for machinery on a large scale.
