£300,000 PROPAGANDA PLANS IN SECRET DOCUMENT. An interesting document has just come into the possession of The Daily Mail—a copy of the “Irish Republic’s” < “Parliamentary” reports. It is modelled more or less on the lines of the j British “Hansard,” and contains the agenda and reports presented at a meeting of “Dail Eireann” (the Sinn Fein “Parliament” )• * Extracts are: “That the decision of the Ministry, authorising the President , (de Valera), to expend at his discretion such stun, not exceeding 500,000 dollars (approximately £100,000), as he may require in connection with the election campaign for the Presidency of United States of America, is hereby ratified.” “That the President be empowered to expend a sum not exceeding 1,000,000 dollars (£200,000) to obtain the recognition of the Irish Republic by the Government of the United States. j
