The adjourned meeting to constitute th 0 Hokitika Cricket Club will be held at the Supreme Hall on Tuesday evening next at 7.30 o’clock. The prospects for a live organisation for the reason are very promising, several members having enrolled, and good financial support being forthcoming. The ball in the Public Hall, Rimu last evening in. aid pf the building fund of Westland Hospital drew a capital attendance and passed off most successfully. Excellent music was provided by Messrs Lawn, Fleweflyn' Ross, and McFadyen, while Mr Tony Boyd had charge of the floor. Dancing was kept up till an early hour, all present having a very pleasant time.
