Lithuanians and Poles are apparently obstinately determined to avert peace, despite the protestations to the contrary. from Warsaw state the armistice was denounced, owing to Lithuanians breach of faith, particularly as regards military relations with Russia, prejudicing Poland. It is stated ,a number of partisans from Prussia passed through Lithuania and are fighting in the Soviet ranlfs, while Lithuanians mobilised forces which are maintaining an aggressive attitude. A Polish communique mentioning the latter facts, adds particularly of the operations against Russia, where from they claim to have captured thousands of prisoners, guns and booty. It is stated the line on 22nd Sept., runs through Roano, Ost-rag £jnd >Vyszogooden.
