t POIISH PEACE TEAMS. RIGA, 'September 22, The Polish National Council has presented to the Russian delegation here at the Conference its terms of peace." These include an armistice lino along the Beresina River, which will necessitate the Bolsheviks handing over Minsk, Vilna, Lemberg and Tarbaorsk in Eastern Galicia, if an armistice, is to become operative. POLISH SITUATION. (deceived this day at 8 a.m ) LONDON, Sept. 23. Lithuanians and Poles are apparently obstinately determined to avert peace, despite the protestations to the contrary. from Warsaw state the armistice was denounced, owing to Lithuanians breach of faith, particularly as regards military relations with Russia, prejudicing Poland. It is stated ,a number of partisans from Prussia passed through Lithuania and are fighting in the Soviet ranlfs, while Lithuanians mobilised forces which are maintaining an aggressive attitude. A Polish communique mentioning the latter facts, adds particularly of the operations against Russia, where from they claim to have captured thousands of prisoners, guns and booty.
