War with England is certain in the near future. The war with Poland Is merely a prologue. Krassin’s negotiations were foredoomed to failure. The world will soon witness Russia freeing the eastern nations from the slavery of English imperialism,
RED MONEY. (Received this day atx 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 22. The “Evening News” says the offer of the Russian crown jewels to the “Daily Herald” was only one item of Bolshevik subsidation. ' Forty pounds monthly was paid in connection with an information bureau. Money was also advanced for poster advertising and to a communist organisation Scotland, for payment of propagandist, speakers.
