J There are penalties for breaches of. f the Act fixed. The fines range from i one hundred to one thousand sterling, I and there are penalties also of impri- | sonment for five years, j The Supreme Court is empowered to I wind up all corporations that are guilty I of a breach of the Act. I The Bill also provides for the limitation of the export of necessary commodities when there are not sufficient supplies for home consumption.
