(Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 18: A message 'from Riga reports that mutual distrust threatens to make the conference a fiasco, the same as that at Minsk. The Poles are convinced that negotiations will be broken off the moment the Reds are ready for a new attack.
