REPORTED RED ACTION'. (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) v LONDON, September 14. Reports from Helsingfors via Copenhagen state Trotsky is planning a great winter campaign against the Poles. New Red armies are being organised in Berelina and upper Dnieper districts. . There are unconfirmed reports that an offensive rally has commenced and that the Poles are leaving Brest Litovsk.
