IN MUTUAL AGREMENT,
(Received This Day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 13. At the conclusion of the Giolitti. Millerand Conference, the Prime Minister’s approved of the publication of a statement that they had found common interests in every way easily reconcilable ,and emphasise the primary base of peace, more especially the agree ment in Europe of Great Britain, Italy, anc| France. They declare such wars as the Russo-Polish must be ended; and also hostilities between Turkish Nationalists and the Constantinople Government. Agreement is recprded as regard? Turkey’s integrity and recognition of the desirability of a friendly collaboration in the development of Franco-Italian interests }n Asia Minor and the avoidance of competition between the respective Nationals. As regards the thorny question of policy in Ruggja, the Premiers record that the Government of Italy and France will respect their mutual freedom of action in regard to the Soviet Government,
