SINN FEINERS CAPTURE MAILS. LONDON, September 14. Some Sinn Feiners in Skibbereen cleverly Raptured some mails delivered by an aeroplane from Bantry. Thev marked a large circle in a field, and stood nearby in military uniforms. The aviajtor mistook the circle for a military sign and dropped the mail bags into it. The Sinn Feiners quickly placed the hags Into motor cars and disappeared.

AN IRISH APPOINTMENT (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 13. An additional assistant Under Secretary for Ireland is about to be appointed with an office at Belfast, who will deal with all problems arising in the six counties of Ulster.
