MONDAY

On Monday next Constance Talmadge and Tom Moore in “The Lesson” will bo Pollards’ star attraction. A charming tale of the romance of a pair of typical young married folks—loo per cent, real folks whose life and love is just what we see about us all the time and everywhere. But even more than its story value, “The Lesson” is so meritorious because of its wonderfully true-to-life portrayal of small town life. It is a picture you will always fern ember fondly, ajnd vividly, and to which you will take your father and mother, your sister and brother, your wife and sweetheart. That is the highest possible recommendation—and “The Lesson” deserves it! When we add that “The Lesson” is administered by Constance Talmadge, it is a guarantee of an enjoyable picture. On Wednesday next Pollards will screen Madge Evans the world’s daintiest child star, in a delightful melodrama “The Love Net.”
