(Rpceiyed This Day at 8 a.m.) _ LQNDQN, September 4The League of Rations announces the Committee connected with the Brussels financial conference meets in Paris on the 18th. to examine the principle whereon the expenses of the League should he distributed among the members. The Committee will include representative from India. The League’s transit organisation meets at Barcelona in January, to deal with questions affecting international travel, with a view.to elinmating the the present inconveniences re-establish conditions simplify customs formalities, secure better regulations for obtaining passports vises and reduction of fees therefore. Enemy countries are invited to send representatives on the special sub-committee.
