LONDON, Aug 12

The Government of the new Republic of Georgia has invited Ramsay McDonald to proceed thither with the Belgian, Vandervilde, to advise on administrative subjects, especially finance, education and State property. Both will proceed at the end of August.

PERSIAN INCIDENT. BERLIN, August 12,

The leader of the Persian Democrats raided the German Consulate in Teheran, and parried off a quantity of arms. They arrested the Consul, Schultz. Government has ordered the Charge d’Affaires in Teheran to make a protest. As a consequence of the incident, students in Berlin Universities urge the withdrawal of Persian students.
