The Times Tokio correspondent stales the Japanese War Office has announced an agreement has been reached to suspend hostilities with Russia in Western Transbaikal. It was signed on Thursday between the Japanese and Verkpneudinsk Government, pending completion of negotiations going on between Russian-Japancse committees in Siberia. POLES RETIRING. The Polish Communique dated tiio 16th. states the Poles are retreating on the entire front to the prescribed sositions except on Dubno sector. Advices from Tehedan state following a refusal of the Armenian Government to obey an ultimatum, the Moscow Government is ordering the withdrawal of Armenian troops. Tho Eleventh Bolshevik Army has advanced and occupied Karabagd and is marching upon Zangerzom'.
