Improved weather to-day enabled the Eton-Harrow match to commence at Lord’s. The wieket was greatly in the bowlers’ favour. Harrow made 85 in their first innings, and Eton 103. Harrow, in their second innings made 174, Eton have lost one wicket for 121. In the Commons, Mr Tarrell’s motion in favour of reducing excess profits from sixty to forty per cent, was rejected by 285 to 117, OUT OF BATOUM-. LONDON, July 13.
