NEW YORK, July 8. The so-called third party, which' is expected to place presidential candidates in the field in opposition to the Republicans and Democrats, will soon hold a convention at Chicago. The party was composed formerly of Labour Party and Agricultural, and now is a non-partisan league of war veterans and thoso generally dissatisfied with the two major parties. It is understood Senator Lofollette of Wisconsin will be the party’s presidential choice.
