PEACE TREATY
(By Electric Telegraph— Cop., ight.j HANDING OVER ZEPPELINS. . (Received this clay at 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, July 4. A Zeppelin similar to L. 71 will be surerndered in a dismantled condition to the American Committee, during the coming week, and bo reassembled in America by German engineers. Three others of this type, which were being completed when the armistice was signed, will bo handed over to America. The indications are that America will use all four in trans-Asiatic air service. Two more Zeppelins are being made ready for delivery to France, and another to Italy.
GERMANY’S DELEGATES. (Received This ]>av at 11.20. a.m.) BRUSSELS, July 4. German delegates with sixty-five departmental secretaries, express clerks and telephonists, have arrived at Spa. BRUSSELS, July 3. A communfque- states the second session of the conference considered the report of Committee of Experts in regard to naval, military, and air disarmaments whereinDermany failed ro fulfil her obligations under the Treaty of Versailles. The procedure is to be followed at the Spa Conference aiul then discussed and the next meeting of the Conference, fixed for fifth July at Spa. The German delegates will lie asked to participate in the Conference. Finally the Conference took up the. examination of the official communication of the Reparations Commission regarding the failure of Germany to fulfil her obligations in respect- to the delivery of coal despite the fact that the demands made on Germany have been less than those provided by the Treaty.
